Day to day

· Maximise aircraft capacity by effectively overseeing third-party handling agents and transport providers.

· Supervise cargo screening, build-up and ramp transfer, ensuring full compliance with SOPs, safety standards and ACC3 requirements.

· Conduct Dangerous Goods (DG) and ULD compliance checks in line with the Cargo Operations Manual, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.

· Act as the central point of contact for the day’s cargo loading operation, monitoring warehouse and ramp performance and addressing any issues swiftly.

· Ensure accurate export data capture and timely completion of documentation and system inputs (including UWS, LIR and NOTOC).

· Coordinate import shipments and customs liaison, responding professionally to customer, supplier and internal queries to maintain smooth operations.

We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate:

• Relevant experience in Air Cargo Operations
• Knowledge of local regulatory standards and requirements, including customs
• Broad understanding of the cargo industry, including IATA standards and associated documentation
• Confidence operating in a fast-paced warehouse and ramp environment
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with experience managing third-party relationships
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to build effective working relationships across cargo, airports, sales teams, and local authorities
